First we revisit issue #123 about inconsistency in ResourceList handling
     Proposed resolution:
     - Appears only in directly returned structures
     - Drop from PortletDescription and ModelDescription
     - Add structures PortletDescriptionResponse and PortletPropertiesDescriptionResponse
     -> No objections
