Subject: RE: [wsrp-wsia] Spec v0.91

The intention from this version forward is to have track changes on and
decide as a TC when to accept or reject a change. I hadn't considered the
issue in doing so for the WSDL. Two possibilities that spring to mind are:
 1) Comment out the old in a manner that makes searching for such comments
easy. (e.g. <!-- WSRP replace   ...   -->)
 2) Use standard differencing tools to determine the set of changes.

I would have a slight preference for the second as this keeps the files
cleaner, but would understand if people preferred the first for tracking
reasons.

Other suggestions?
Any strong preferences between these two?

Rich/WSDL Subgroup,

Are all the changes from this version forward going to be "track changed"?
If so, how is this going to be done with the XSD/WSDL files?

Gil

Here is an update to the spec reflecting the decisions of last week's F2F.

Items we had left open:

1. Proposed change in 6.3.2 ... to be revisited after the JSR168 F2F as
the language may impact synchronization efforts.
2. Sasha will propose text to add to section 1.2.4
3. WSDL subgroup will work on how to represent XML fragments in
MarkupContext in section 6.1.10
4. Desire to find a better name for MarkupType (5.1.10). Suggestions have
included MarkupSupport and MarkupFormat.

Joerg,
Could you get these updated on the WSRP site?
The WSDL and XSD files should go in
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/wsrp/v1/

Thanks, Rich Thompson
