#138 how does infor get to proxied resources
accepted change: any cookies set by the Producer must be also
supplied to resources adhering to standard cookie rules described
in RFC2109
Additional accepted change:
initCookie talks about cookies in singular, but need now to be
plural.
Rich to insert appropriate language.

#237 CSS common control classes
proposal: add classes for OK, APPLY, CANCEL, PREV, NEXT, RESET in
the section 10.5 (CSS Style Definitions) for both anchor and buttons
for html only.
Add wording that Consumer portal must not remove the buttons
visibility defined by the portlet (e.g. grey out or hide buttons).
Vote: yes/no/abstain: 16/1/4
resolution: change accepted as proposed above
