One small issue is that our "namespace" url Type may want to allow white space so as to justify the \wsrp_rewrite end marker and it's contents should not be url encoded.

Consumer parsing job would be easier if we explicitly required no white space in the URL rewriting expressions. This results in no loss to the portlet author as URLs do not allow whitespace normally.

Old Text: [append after] or the Producer (during processing of an activated URL).

New Text: Note that this format contains no whitespace much as standard URLs do not include whitespace.
