Subject: Re: [wsrp] Fwd: RE: Call for Speakers-Sybold SF 2003/Comdex Las Vegas 2003

I agree that this would be a good place to get the WSRP message out. Is there anyone already planning to attend Comdex that would be available to make such a presentation? Another alternative would be if a West Coast member would be willing to attend Comdex and make the presentation. Any takers?

As an aside, the proposal for XML2003 in Philly has now been accepted.

Hi Folks,

I recommend, especially to Rich and those of you who will have
considerable interest in educating the public about WSRP v1.0 by the
time of Comdex in Las Vegas in November, that you visit thefollowing
url from  Bill Cullifer's  message below.

http://www.joinwow.org/wowevents/

This Call for Speakers for Comdex has a deadline for submissions of
July 24, 2003. I apologize for the short deadline, but I was unaware
that the topics for Comdex were as focused on Web Services as they
are, and only discovered this today. The Call for Speakers has many
topics of specific interest in regard to Web Services. There is
little doubt that there will be presentation materials that will have
been developed over the course of producing an updated Primer which
can be made available to a volunteer to represent the specification
we have developed.

I am not volunteering myself, but I suspect the someone from our will.

Ciao,
Rex
