Duration of F2F

Rich,
   Have you put together a rough agenda for the F2F yet?  In thinking 
about it I am not sure we have 3 and 1/2 days of work to accomplish  [2 
1/2 feels more right].  What is your sense?  If we don't will we shorten 
the F2F so folks can return on Wednesday?  Or will we merely have 
shorter days [Say 10-4] to take advantage of the [presumably] nice LA 
Spring?   I ask because I want to make reservations and need to know 
whether to return Wednesdaay afternoon or Thursday.
