[wsrp] Sametime meetings for the F2F

I just received an email about a change
in IBM's use of the Lotus Sametime Web Conferences service. The key change
is the need for all attendees to register and receive an ID prior to joining
an e-meeting. I have copied the text describing this below.

Starting Monday, February 23, when you enter a web conference, you will be asked to provide your personal IBM ID and password. An IBM ID is the single ID and password that you can use across www.ibm.com. Using the ID with web conferences will improve meeting security and allow for Confidential meetings.

To register for your IBM ID, visit https://www.ibm.com/account/profile?page=reg. Please register now to avoid the inevitable last minute pre-meeting rush. It takes up to ten minutes for a new ID to be ready.

While some of you may already have an ID
for accessing portions of www.ibm.com, I suspect most will need to go through
this registration process.
