[wsrp] Preliminary indication of August F2F attendance

I would encourage all to make a preliminary
indication of their intention regarding attending the August F2F at http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/wsrp/ballot.php?id=438&vr=1&ew=0.
At this point, it only has one such indication!

If someone is intending to attend and
is not on the list of eligible voters, please let me know and I will add
you to the list.
