Network connections will be via the
hotel's wireless network. I have been assured that the wireless does work
in the conference rooms where the OASIS TCs will meet.

We could always go with flip
charts and sock puppets……
 
In other words, I vote option
2 as I will not be able to obtain a projector.  Of course, option
2 implies that there are enough (working) network connections for everyone.

For planning purposes, please:
1. Vote on this ballot (enables us to make sure the conference room is
large enough) 
2. Register for the TC meeting (enables proper planning for the coffee
breaks and lunches) 

I also just heard from Jane Harnard that they have determined that projectors
are prohibitively expensive ($650/day). I see two reasonable solutions:
1. Someone is able to bring a projector (or rent one in New Orleans) for
the TC to use 
2. Everyone in the room connects to the same web conference as remote people
