The spec does have the following regarding
navigationParameters:

While navigationParameterDescriptions use the PropertyDescription type, it is always a Consumer choice to supply them on a particular invocation.

This makes them not required and modifiable .... perhaps a similar statement should be added to the transientProperties description.

transient properties and navigational params. Shouldn't this be defined
as non-modifiable and not required?
