The second sentence against requestVerb field reads as

"The primary purpose of this field is to allow the Producer to 
communicate with other systems with the same semantics as the End-User 
interaction".

Is this sentence required? It is upto the Producer/Portlet to decide 
how/when to use the requestVerb.
