This needs to be looked at in the context
of the whole section. We define values for not using cookies, using a single
set of cookies for all invocations on behalf of a user and using a set
of cookies for a user for those portlets sharing a value for the groupID
parameter. This last one can be used for per user per portlet if that is
required, but the second is not portlet-specific ...
