"Lel B. Peto" updating, Bay unleaded is still at a 1.5ct discount to L.A., 
while Portland no-lead is offered at 81cts looking for a bid.
On the distillates, L.A. CARB diesel is offered 81.75cts with no bid, while 
Bay diesel is 82.25cts by 83cts. L.A. EPA is bid at 80cts looking for a 
seller. Portland diesel has an 80.5ct seller and no bids. Jet, which traded 
at 4.75cts over yesterday, is re-offered at 5cts over the Dec. No. 2 print. 
Bay 54-grade is 0.25cts to 0.5cts under L.A., as of 10-31..
