Hi,

        I am OK with any changes, addendum et al till Sep 2nd. We (as
TC) still need to begin the process of discussion, addition,
modification, ratification,... on the artifacts as they stand on Sep
3rd. It is better to include the practical experience from
implementation and any other insights gathered upto that point than
treat them separately.
