[wss] Updated OASIS TC procedures

Dear WSS TC members,

As you may have seen, on September 16th, the OASIS board published an updated version of the OASIS TC Process. As TC members we should all read and become familiar with the revised process. The revised process has been published off the main OASIS web page at [1]
