New documents upload

You will hopefully all have receive
an automated notice from the doc management system showing that updated
specs have been uploaded and you may be wondering why the documents were
updated. This is to address a few specific change requests we received
from the OASIS staff to bring the documents fully into line with the current
OASIS document template. The major change you will notice is that  we
have been asked to remove all of the PC magazine award bitmaps from the
cover page of each document.

I'll update the web page with some new
pointers later in the day.
