We no longer have ValueType on AttributedDateTime. However,
the spec (lines 1289, 1304, 1305, 1735) still refers to it.

This change confuses me somewhat; is ValueType now implicit
in xsd:anyAttribute namespace="##other"? It would seem to me
that it is not, and that the spec and schema are disharmonious.

Plus the spec, line 1750, claims that AttributedDateTime
extends xsd:dateTime; it does not, yet.

(And in the schema, pseudo is spelt psuedo.)
