I think we can leave the minutes as is.
The note about getting 1.1 out shortly is on a new line and
can be read as not referring to a specific issue, but as a general comment
following the issue discussion, so with that interpretation is
ok.

Thanks for taking minutes. A possible update:
For
issue 343 , draft 14 already reflects the accepted proposal. I'm
not sure
what the note "Get 1.1 update out shortly" refers to in
that
context.
