Roll Call: 35/49 Quorum Achieved & 2/3 of voting members achieved for a
vote
Approval of Minutes: Minutes approved unanimously

Standard Submission Results: 
All the token votes passed, waiting for official word from Oasis

Status of 1.1 Docs:
Tony - Documents update sent to the Oasis site yesterday

Other Doc Status:
Kelvin – SwA can go to Committee status, Ron's comments wouldn't hold up

Ron's issues - Didn't make the issues list.
Clarification - want to use ref list without encrypted key since one
might want to use multiple keys.

Vote - Committee Draft for SwA 
Frederick proposes that Committee Draft be accepted
Hal Seconded
Paul Cotton objected to unanimous acceptance; will want to abstain and
have it recorded.
Proposal received 25 yes and 8 abstentions – Did not pass

Motion by Paul Cotton to have Electronic Ballot to approve SwA as
Committee Draft
Seconded by Chris 
e-vote ballot to be issued after the call

Hal requested reasons for abstentions. Wanted to determine if the
abstainers had objects.
Kelvin said any one who really objected would have voted no.

Rest of Issue List;

84: Mike will follow up with new proposal - Editors to remove transform
stuff

250: Long discussion of the issue. 
No one objected to Ron's resolution, but some felt that it should not be
in 1.1 but should wait until 2.0. Others felt it should be in 2.0.
There was a straw vote on the telecom to determine the temperament of
the TC. Only a few spoke up. 
Recommendation - Corinna, Ron and/or other champions of the issue to
garner support and, if they got enough support, bring it to the e-mail
list to propose a vote at the next telecom. Kelvin stated that if
recommendation for a vote were to be put to the list that it be given
enough time for the TC to prepare for a vote.
