Subject: RE: [wss] Soliciting inputs re OTP profile submissions and interests

On 2 November (see attached message), I’d asked about the prospect for a general issues list item regarding this activity, comparable to that for #338.  Would such an entry be appropriate to incorporate at this point, so that the topic isn’t lost for TC tracking purposes while OASIS management considers the appeal as announced on the 16th?

Hi John, basically, we need the TC members to review the documents and comment on the list. As comments are raised, we will open issues and have discussions. All of this is predicated on people reading the documents and making comments however.  I for one am totally consumed by the 1.1 shutdown process right now which places a fairly large burden on TC chairs. If you have a concrete agenda item we can add it for the next call, but basically we drive and track all of our work off the issues list. Hopefully people who are interested will review the documents and start submitting comments.

Cheers
Kelvin

Title: RE: [wss] Groups - OASIS WSS Issues List 81 (OASIS Web Services Security Issues List 81.htm) uploaded

Per the TC vote on 4 October supporting work on an OTP profile, and
subsequent submission of input documents, would it now be appropriate to
add an item to the issues list to begin tracking this activity,
comparable to entry #338?
