roll call quorum achieved

1.  Approve minutes from January 24th Meeting.  Minutes approved as posted.

2.  1.1 spec status - Kelvin sends congratulations for all the hard work.

Editors need to update copy to OASIS standards and copy write to this year.  URLs to Mary.

3.  TC Web Page - Action to chairs update web site to reflect standard.

4.  Issues List - Someone needs to volunteer to take over issues list.  Duties involve posting issues

from mailing list, TC discussion, and public comment.

5.  SAML 2.0 interop status placeholder for Pratek. new scenarios added holder of key signed ssl and place key 6 scenarios rather than 4.

6. Issues List:

errata - Tony finished updating errata, unable to post to web site.

7.  Future work of the TC - emails have been received concerning future work left to do (OTP)

Hal wants to proceed to One Time Password token or close down the TC.

Question was were there people who would be actively discuss the document.

Someone must step forward as editor with the OASIS boilerplate to move toward standard.

If we cannot muster one person to be the editor is there enough interest to continue the TC's work.

Frederick suggests that there may not be enough people on the call to make a decision.  Let's put it

to email list.  Volunteer necessary to edit the document, own and track the issues list.  Notice given

that the next call must have people to step up to the plate.

Chairs will post an email to decide what resources and effort are needed to move forward, and

bring this to a close next week.

Volunteers needed include:

editor, issue tracker, interop coordinator

Work Remaining include:

Finishing the errata, SAML 2 interop, The OTP Profile, The Minimal profile

8.  Other business:  NONE

Very Respectfully,
