Subject: [xacml-comment] The type of the RequestContextPath attribute
The current type of the RequestContextPath attribute is xs:anyURI. (Section 5.31) I don't think that a valid XPath expression is always a valid URI (according to RFC2396). So I think the type should be xs:string rather than xs:anyURI. Please correct me if I'm wrong. In the XML-Signature specification, the type of XPath expressions is xs:string.
