Subject: [xacml-comment] IIB005's response is wrong?
Why is the response "NotApplicable"? Section 7.3 says that: Its value SHALL be "Indeterminate" if any attribute value referenced in the target cannot be obtained. In this case, the attribute "urn:oasis:names:tc:xacml:1.0:conformance-test:attribute:qos" is not in the request context.
