Subject: about ordered-deny-overrides algorithm
Dear XACML TC,
In XACML version 2,there is rule/policy combining algorithm ordered-deny-overrides.
But in applicaton ,the evaluation result is always same as deny
overrides. Why the ordered-deny-overrides algorithm was introduced in
the XACML?
