XACML Studio (aka XACML on Rails) - Policy Editor and Repository

Dear XACML Users and Developers,

I would like to introduce a XACML Studio (other name XACML on Rails), which implements policy editor and DB-based policy repository. I was trying to achieve the following goals by creating it and would like to know your opinion on tool's usability and probably get some help from XACML dev community to evolve the product:

1. Create a policy repository that could be used by policy creators as a knowledge base and building bricks for creating new policies
2. Create an intuitive UI that would simplify policy creation process
3. Reduce XACML spec verbosity by using more common notations in XACML's functions and expressions
4. Implement serialization and de-serialization to/from XML documents

XACML Studio runs on Rails/MySQL platform and requires some familiarity with the latter platform for those who wants to install it. I didn't provide detailed instructions on how to install Ruby/Rails/MySQL, but you can find all these details on Internet. 

Please let me know what you think and if there is any interest in:

1. Creating a dev community that would support and evolve the product. 
2. Creating a public repository with policies that everyone can use.
