Subject: Re: [xacml-users] what is difference between XML and XACML

XML is a general purpose syntax for encoding of structured information.
XML can be used for many purposes like encoding web pages, information
about auto parts, financial information and so on.

XACML is a specific application of XML for encoding of access control
policies and access control requests.

Best regards,
Erik
