Correct ... now if we can just manage to do it.
Please find enclosed an input document for consideration by the XACML TC. It is intended to sit on the TC's Web page in the "The following works have substantial overlap with XACML" section, noted as "contributing to XACML".
I hope that some of the concepts in this document can be blended with some of the concepts in XACL to produce a policy language that will suit a number of environments.
