RE: Subcommittees

Our experience with multiple lists in SAML was mixed. Some people complained
that the same issues got discussed on multiple lists leading to confusion
and delay. SAML has now essentially merged the Assertions, Protocols and Use
Case lists, while leaving the others separate.
