I believe it was Jeff Hodges who mentioned the Ponder policy expression
language at the F2F. Here is an URL that also leads to lots of other policy
model stuff.

Also note, I have had major connectivity issues over the last two days and
do not expect them to be resolved until Saturday, so bear with me if you
