Title: XACML conference line

Please do not call in today to the conference line. Due to miscommunication between XACML and Authentify it is not available today. Tomorrow Authentify has reserved the line the entire day at the regular number/code for the meeting. I apology to the committee (and to Authentify) for the mixup.

 

Also, Karl Best will be arranging an election for a new TC chair. Information will available on the list after the F2F.

Unfortunately, I am not at the meeting and have no way of contacting them other than the message I have already left with one of the people there. I've cc'd Joe Pato because he is hosting the meeting in Boston.

 

On Tuesday, some had requested that a couple sessions be available by conference call. They are (these times are eastern):

11 - 12

1 -2

2- 3

4 -5

 

Please let Joe and myself know if it is possible to schedule any of these.

If you need to schedule conference calls I will need specific dates, times.  If you need one for today and tomorrow, 9/10 and 9/11, I will need you to contact me ASAP with the times as there are other calls already scheduled.

Dee,

Simon mentioned you had been helping to arrange the conference line. The XACML Face2Face meeting is coming up Monday and Tuesday. I guess there was some confusion over the scheduling of the line. Is it available for use at anytime for XACML or do we need to schedule it ahead of time. I say this because the attendees at the F2F were planning on using it for conferencing in some people that couldn't attend in person for portions of the meeting. It wasn't until later that we found out from Simon he was scheduling it through you. Please let me know and I'll try to pass the message along to those at the conference if they shouldn't use the line.
