[xacml] speaking opportunity

OASIS TC members:

OASIS has been invited by the XML Working Group of the Federal CIO
Council to make a presentation at their meeting on 19 December in
Washington DC. The Federal CIO Council is a group of US federal
agencies. The topic of the meeting is security, and the presentation
should be an overview of the SAML, XACML, and DSML activities at OASIS.
The meeting agenda is at http://xml.gov/agenda_20011219.htm. I would
prefer to have a single person who can speak about all of these topics.
