Hi all,

I took some rough notes during the conference call of the Policy Model sub-committee last Monday.  Unless the others in attendance have any additions or corrections to make (please, don't be shy if you have some; it's hard to write and participate in the discussion at the same time, so I welcome any fixes!), I'll ask Michiharu to post these on the Web site as the minutes for that meeting.

There is space on Thursday's agenda for discussing progress of the Policy Model sub-committee, so if these notes raise any questions in your mind, be sure to bring them up then (or on the list, of course).
