Subject: [xacml] Proposed resolution to PM-3-03A
[NOTE: there are two issues labelled PM-3-03 in the xacml-issues-05.doc. I am referring to the second PM-3-03 issue here as PM-3-03A] I believe the following issue from Issues Version 05 for which I am listed as the champion can be closed based on our 03/02 Face-to-Face agreements: ISSUE: PM-3-03: default PDP result Resolution: A PDP must have a single base policy, which may be either a <policyStatement> or a <policyCombinationStatement>. This base policy will always return a result, whether it is "permit", "deny", "NOT-APPLICABLE", or "Indeterminate". Anne -- Anne H.
