Colleagues - I can issue a v12 whenever people request.  Personally, I prefer to incorporate a resolution to my concern about referencing attributes in conditions into the next version.  If we can have that discussion on Monday, then I can issue v12 shortly afterwards.  Any counter-proposals or objections?  All the best.  Tim.

Colleagues - I had to drop out after Item 24.  Profound apologies.  I had an "obligation", and couldn't find a suitable element in which to include it.  OASIS precedent allows votes taken at a meeting that started with quorum to stand (I believe).

 
This is true.  Unless an official call is made for a quorum count later in a meeting, the quorum that was present at the start of the meeting is presumed to hold.  So, there is no need to vote again on items 25 and 26 in the minutes.

By the way, I am incorporating the resolution of these issues in a version 12.  I am interested to know what people feel about the timing for the release of a version 12.  Any thoughts?

 
Given that this is a short week, I suspect that having v0.12 in time for Monday's subcommittee call is unreasonable.  Would having it in time for the TC call on April 4th make more sense?
