Dear Xin Wang,

The actual statement associated with "registering with the site"
follows.  I would have to "agree that in using the XrML
Specifications [I] share the goal of promoting a common standard
based on XrML".  This is not simply providing an e-mail address.

  Download the XrML Specifications. ContentGuard Inc. has developed
  the XrML Specifications for digital rights management software
  and desires to license the use of such specifications to promote
  a common standard in the industry under the terms and conditions
  set forth in this license. Licensee agrees that in using the XrML
  Specifications that it shares the goal of promoting a common
  standard based on XrML.
