Subject: [xacml] Reducing number of functions for 1.0
Are members interested in trying to minimize the number of functions
that have to be supported (and tested) for XACML 1.0?
Here are two proposals for reducing our current list:
1. Rather than support *-not-equal, expect people to use
<function:not><function:*-equal>
2. Rather than support *-less-than and *-less-than-or-equal,
expect people to use
<function:not><function:*-greater-than-or-equal>
for *-less-than, and
<function:not><function:*-greater-than>
for *-less-than-or-equal.
