i was not on the call this morning and have not seen the minutes so i am 
only going by what i see on the list. from this it appears that there 
are still a number of issues on the table for discussion. if this 
morning's meeting resulted in the agreement of scope for this section 
then i will reconsider my position. as it stands at the moment however 
this does not seem to be the case.

that said, my 'proposal' is to ask that you post to the list the 
specifics of what you think we should limit the discussion to. that 
would help clarify the situation (to me anyway :o)
