Subject: [xacml] [schema change] AttributeValue in context schema 18f
<xs:complexType name="AttributeValueType" is defined as containing a sequence of xs:any with minOccurs="0" and maxOccurs="unbounded". AttributeValue is referenced from Attribute. I thought we had agreed that there could be only one AttributeValue per Attribute. I suggest sequence be minOccurs="0" and maxOccurs="1". Note that minOccurs="0" should be allowed because some attributes do not have values: the attribute name itself is the attribute value. Anne -- Anne H.
