Action items:
#14. [Michiharu Kudo] submit following as new comment:

  COMMENT: In Section 5.20 Element <Policy>, under <Description>
  description, say "See 5.2 Element <Description>".  In Section 5.2
  Element <Description>, add <Rule> to the list from which this
  applies.

#32a. [Tim Moses] propose an introductory paragraph for
3.3.1 motivating Rule.

ACTION ITEM: #44. [Simon Godik] compare 5.30 with 5.27-29 and propose
consistent wording.

ACTION ITEM: #48. [Anne Anderson] re-word Section A.12 again.
Say functions used "should" be easily indexable.  Complicated functions or
non-indexable functions will inhibit efficiency of evaluation.

ACTION ITEM: 52a-d. [Michiharu Kudo] Need Michiharu's opinion as an
XPath expert on these.

The following comments were not discussed at this meeting:
- Comment#32a "The description of a rule seems to be inadequately
  motivated" is waiting on proposed text from Tim Moses.
- Comment #33 "map function" is still undergoing active
  discussion between Polar, Daniel, and Seth.

We discussed all other unresolved Comments#35-50.  Comments
#39, 40, 43 were discussed, and possible resolutions developed,
but we felt these needed wider discussion on the XACML mailing
list.  These will be posted to the list separately.

All other comments were resolved.  The resolutions will be posted
to the list separately.
