Followup RBAC/XACML meeting

I would like to take the next step on investigating how XACML can
be used with the NIST RBAC model.  I think that step is to look
at the various APIs in the draft ANSI RBAC spec (see link to
"proposed voluntary standard" at
http://csrc.nist.gov/rbac/) and see which APIs XACML can
be used to implement and which ones are outside the scope of
XACML.

I propose holding a followup meeting as follows (use of the
concall# has already been cleared through Carlisle):
