Actually, your answers look consistent with Section 7.11. My main concern was that the current documentation of Section 7.11 and Appendix C cannot return a set of obligations in a deterministic way. However, now I know that the current XACML spec gives up the deterministic obligation handling and it's okay with me. What do you think? This was in response to the 2nd item in a comment you had submitted (http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/xacml-comment/200301/msg00018.html) saying that Section 7.11 Obligations did not make it clear which obligations should be returned under various conditions. Would you be willing to draft the changes you feel are needed? I would be happy to review them, or you can submit them to XACML directly. Anne -- Anne H.
