Champions wanted for 2.0 Work Items

As I mentioned in the TC call today, I need to hand off my
championship of as many XACML 2.0 work items as possible in order
to concentrate on my J2SE XACML Policy Provider implementation.

The following XACML 2.0 Work Items, therefore, are looking for
someone willing to shepherd them through the TC process.  You
don't have to be an expert on the topic, but you have to be
willing to keep track of the status, write up a Proposal for the
item (skeleton at first, adding detail as work item is fleshed
out), initiate discussions to resolve issues, and keep the TC
informed of the status.  I am happy to contribute to the work
items, but I can't serve as champion.
