Agenda: Continue discussion of OGSA/XACML SAML proposals

1. Hal announced that XACML (and SAML) may become ITU standards,
   according to an e-mail from Karl Best.

2. We went over the abstract AuthzDecisionQuery/Response
   requirements posted in 
   http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/xacml/200308/msg00066.html

3. We briefly discussed XACML 2.0 Work Item #38. "Policies for the
   Administration of XACML Policies", what it might involve, and
   whether it was do-able.  Polar is interested in putting XACML
   behind the CORBA RAD policy administration APIs to protect the
   APIs, which is related.  Funding for this project, anyone?
