per oasis rules the vote must be open for 7 days. however, since i 
believe that this vote requires only a simple majority it is suggested 
that everyone mark their respective calendars accordingly as it appears 
that the next plenary meeting (concall) of the XACML TC will be held on 
thursday, december 12 at the usual time using the usual phone number.
