W3C has just sent out the calendar for January-May, and there is
no W3C Policy Workshop on it.  One of the conditions for holding
off on formation of another TC until the Workshop was that the
Workshop had to be publicly announced by the beginning of
December, had to be jointly sponsored by OASIS, and had to have
an open call for papers.
