The spec that decscribes this is the "Web Services Resource Properties 
(WS-ResourceProperties) document.

As Anne mentioned, "things" have changed slightly since last week, and I do not 
fully understand the changes yet.

It is a requirement for us though to add fine-grained authorization policy to 
the access of these resource properties.
