Agenda:

1. Minutes from 1 April meeting voted upon. Move to accept: Michael. Second:
Anne. Approved unanimously.

2. SAML/XACML Attribute Harmony Update
Anne - SAML authors does not appear to be planning to make any changes.
Hal - there appear to be three basic camps. Hal has an Action Item with the SSTC
to try to resolve attribute compatibility.

3. There was general discussion on obligations that involved PEP
responsibilities and what is in the current spec pertaining to such. the
discussion was tabled to the F2F.
