Attendees:
Anne Anderson
Hal Lockhart
Bill Parducci
Seth Proctor
Michael McIntosh
Ron Jacobson
Polar Humenn
Tony Nadalin
Steve Anderson
Tim Moses
Daniel Engovatov

Quorum reached.

Agenda:

Minutes from 15 April meeting voted upon:
    Corrections: none
    Approved unanimously.

Minutes from F2F meeting voted upon:
    Corrections: none
    Approved unanimously.

1. SAML/XACML Attribute Harmony Update
Anne - The TC has a draft profile how XACML system might use SAML for
retrieving attributes, policies, etc.; SAML TC is also generating profile
that only applies to SAML attribute assertions.

Action Item: Hal will work to draft a document that clearly explains the
    relationship between the documents.

  2. XACML Standard Identifiers
Version information for each function will be related to the XACML version
for which it was introduced (vs. incrementing the function itself: there may
     be a version 1, 2 & 4 of a function but not 3 because it wasn't changed in
     v3 of the XACML spec).

  3. XACML Time
Seth asked that the decision to use UTC time be qualified in the spec to
explain the reasoning. Seth objects to the requirement that all times be
in UTC for policies and suggest that Hal & Simon review the discussion on
     the list.
Action Item: Hal & Simon to present reasoning behind required UTC time.

  4. URI Match Function
Action Item: Tim will take a shot at defining a URL matching function.

  5. rfc822Name-match
Tim will review this issue based upon discussion.

  6. Hierarchical Resources
Will this be included in the v2 spec? Anne will have the proposal out today
and suggests that the problem is bounded. General consensus is that this
     will be included.

Seth will propose an XPath namespace mappings resolution (based on earlier
discussion on list).

Meeting adjourned.
