  Open issues: hierarchical resources

1. Hierarchical resources

   Michiharu Kudo and Bill Parducci proposed a change to the
   description of "XML resources" to make it clear that it is
   "resources represented in the Request as an XML resource",
   whether or not the physical resource was an XML document or
   not.  Anne Anderson proposed a slight modification to their
   wording.  We are waiting for Michiharu to indicate whether the
   revised wording satisfies his concerns.

2. Management style policies

   Tim Moses is about to send out a brief paper on the
   suitability of using XACML for management style policies.
   Since pursing this might require a charter change, the TC
   would have to discuss how much interest there is.

3. RBAC Profile

   Ed Coyne says Veterans Admin is interested in using the XACML
   Profile for RBAC.  Anne said there are a number of groups
   using the basic and hierarchical RBAC portions of the Profile,
   so she plans to complete it, including a better way of
   handling separation of duty, but it will not be done until
   after XACML 2.0 and the other Profiles.
