New Issue - XACML TC Description

As a part of the new OASIS Web pages, OASIS has created a short description of each TC. For XAML what they have is:

"Expressing and enforcing authorization policies for information access over the Internet"

I am not sure where this came from as the Charter does not even contain the word "Internet."

I propose:

"Representing and evaluating authorization policies that control access to any resource that can be referenced using XML"

or just:

"Representing and evaluating authorization policies"

Any opinions? We can discuss this (briefly) on Thursday.
